Howard E. Goldman

Howard E. Goldman graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1960 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and the University of Maryland law school with a Juris Doctor degree in 1965.

Mr. Goldman founded Howard E. Goldman, a firm focused on Litigation in 1966 in partnership with Audrey Melbourne.  The partnership continued until March of 1977 when Judge Melbourne was appointed to the District Court of Prince George’s County and later elevated to the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County.
 
Mr. Goldman continued in private practice with several attorneys including Phillip Nichols who was appointed to the District Court of Prince George’s County in 1980 and later elevated to the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County in 1985. 
Howard Goldman has over 46 years of experience in the areas of personal injury, criminal law, family and employment law and Workers Compensation.


Paul R Rochlin

Paul R Rochlin graduated from the University of Baltimore law school in May of 1958 with a Juris Doctor degree.  After a tour of duty in the U.S. army, he was admitted to the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Maryland in January 1959, and the U. S. District Court for the District of Maryland shortly thereafter.

Mr. Rochlin began practice as an associate of retired Judge Milton Talkin until he was recalled into the Army during the Berlin crisis and was assigned to the Post Staff Judge Advocate’s office at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland until August of 1962.  After a short period of private practice, he joined the firm of Rochlin & Settleman in early 1961. Thereafter he became a partner and later senior partner and President of the litigation firm, which became Rochlin, Settleman & Dobres, P.A.

In 2001, after practicing for 42 years, Mr. Rochlin became Of Counsel to the firm, a position that he holds today.  He formed the present law firm with his longtime friend and former partner Howard E. Goldman in May of 2007. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland State Bar Association.  He was a member of the Board of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (1988-1992).  Mr. Rochlin has been and is currently recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who In America.
